Sous-vided Beef Tenderloin wrapped in mushroom duxelle and real butter puff pastry.

Best cooked from frozen in either a home oven or air fryer.

Sous vide beef tenderloin with mushrooms wrapped in real butter puff pastry.

How to cook: Remove from freezer, bake frozen using an oven or air fryer.

Please follow the baking instructions correctly for best results.

Beef Wellington Cooking Instructions

We do not recommend using a Microwave or Stove/Hob for this product.

Cook from frozen. If defrosted, eat within 48 hours and reduce cooking time to minutes.

Oven

Brush with egg, place in preheated oven at 200C for 40 mins, remove and leave to rest for 5 minutes.

Air Fryer

Brush with egg, place in preheated air fryer at 180C for 40 mins (check after 25 minutes and turn if the pastry is getting too dark), remove and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
