Large Glazed Ham
We slow cure our hams using dark sugars and spices for two weeks. They’re then dried and slowly poached to produce a moist flavorsome ham. Finally, they are skinned, scored, and glazed with honey and mustard. Approx. 2.3kg (+/- 200g)
