Our Pulled Pork is made by rubbing the Boston Butt with herbs, spices and sugars before smoking ‘low and slow’ overnight. We then pull the pork and mix with a sauce made of pork stock, bbq sauce and chipotle.
Our pulled pork is ready to eat, it just needs reheating either in a pan or microwave.
