Pork and Apple Sausage Rolls

Wrap the sausages in puff pastry for a delicious snack or appetiser. Remove the meat from the casing by snipping the end with kitchen shears (scissors) and squeezing out the content. Wrap, prick pastry with fork, brush with beaten egg, place in fridge while your oven gets to 180C, take out, brush again and bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
