Chicken Meatballs Cooking Instructions
We do not recommend using an Oven or Microwave for this product.
Cook from frozen. If defrosted, eat within 48 hours and reduce cooking time to minutes.
Air Fryer
Brush with a little oil and cook for 8-12 mins in preheated air fryer at 160C, then add to your sauce
Stove/Hob
Pan frying is one of the best ways to cook a meatballs: just make sure the pan is on a medium – high heat. To pan fry, add a little oil to the pan, place your meatballs in and cook for about 5-6 minutes, turning regularly, then add sauce and bring to the boil
