Sirin Farm Chicken Legs Cooking Instructions
We do not recommend using a or Microwave for this product.
Best defrosted overnight in the fridge (once defrosted, eat within 48 hours). To cook our ready meals from frozen, defrost in the microwave before following the heating instructions. Do not defrost meat products in the microwave.
Oven
Oven to 180C (160C fan). Rub skin with olive oil, butter or lard. Season. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
Air Fryer
Preheat to 160C. Rub skin with olive oil, butter or lard. Season. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Check chicken is thoroughly cooked before eating.
Stove/Hob
Preferably use a heavy based pan, our Raro cast iron pans are excellent. Preheat then sear the skin for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat, turn over and cook for 7-8 further minutes. Ensure chicken is cooked through (no pink).
