About our Linguine

Linguine, famous for its flat and narrow shape, is a staple in Italian cuisine, offering a delicate texture that beautifully complements a variety of sauces.

Originating from the Liguria region, this pasta is traditionally paired with lighter, seafood-based sauces, thanks to its ability to intertwine with and enhance the subtle flavours of the sea. Its versatility also extends to creamy and vegetable-based sauces, making linguine an essential ingredient for those who appreciate the art of Italian cooking.

Whether dressed in a simple pesto or tossed with a vibrant mix of fresh seafood, linguine serves as a perfect canvas for a multitude of dishes, embodying the simplicity and richness of flavours that Italian cuisine is celebrated for.

For a close alternative, check out our “Linguette”, a variation of the classic linguine, shares many of the same culinary applications but often comes in a slightly wider dimension. This subtle difference allows it to hold heartier sauces and ingredients, making it a versatile option for those looking to explore beyond traditional linguine dishes.
