Green Curry of Chicken (with all the best bits!) Cooking Instructions
We do not recommend using an Oven or Air Fryer for this product.
Best defrosted overnight in the fridge (once defrosted, eat within 48 hours). To cook our ready meals from frozen, defrost in the microwave before following the heating instructions. Do not defrost meat products in the microwave.
Microwave
Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power for 3 mins, then stir & re-cover. Heat for a further 3 mins. Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving. Make sure the food is piping hot.
Stove/Hob
Add your defrosted dish into a pan and slowly reheat on a medium heat for 10 minutes or until hot through.
