Grown by their own farm in Chiang Rai, crunchy and flavorful shallots are pickled with Sarson’s malt vinegar and sweetened with a little bit of organic honey instead of sugar. Dried chili and other spices add an extra dimension. Sliced or whole, on their own or perfect on the side of any rich and creamy dish.
